Construction Features:
- Fabrics are cut using the latest technology in computerized cutting equipment
- Frames are constructed in the highest quality, premium grade, kiln dried hardwood furniture board
- Frames are glued, screwed, stapled and corner blocked for maximum strength
- Heavy cotton seat decking is embroidered with the "Whittaker Designs" trade mark
- Cushion cores are made with a high resilient, 22 lb polyurethane polyester, and encased in a muslin cover
- Back cushions are filled with Dacron 91 fibre encased in a baffled ticking jacket to avoid migration and setting
- Heavy gauge sinuous steel springs are used in the seats and backs
- Spectra Coil seat construction is engineered into most styles to provide the maximum in seating comfort
- All pieces are hand built, "bench made construction"
